SIOLIN Return & Cancellation Policy

Return Window

You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.


How to Start a Return

Have your order number and email address ready to begin.


Green Returns

To reduce waste, Siolin may offer Green Returns on select items.
If eligible, you'll be able to keep the item and receive a partial refund (typically 50%) — no return shipping required.
This option will appear during the return process when applicable.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all tags, labels, and packaging.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, including for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Items returned worn, used, or damaged may be subject to a partial refund or denial.

  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days of submitting your return request.


Refunds

  • Processed within 2–5 business days after the item is received and inspected.

  • Issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • No additional fees are charged for refunds.


Promotional Gifts

If your original order included a free gift (e.g., with orders over a set amount):

  • If your return brings the order below the qualifying threshold, the gift must also be returned.

  • If you choose to keep the gift, its value will be deducted from your refund.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, provided they haven’t been shipped.
To request a cancellation, contact: email@siolin.com with your order number.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — but you may still return your item.
