Siolin Tailoring – Shipping Policy
Effective Date: 07 July 2025
All Siolin orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in India. This allows us to maintain full control over production quality, pricing, and consistency — ensuring each piece reflects our standards from origin to arrival.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local courier delays, or peak seasons.
Missed Deliveries, Returns & Customs Issues
If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, incorrect address, or failure to collect the package, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for paying the full shipping cost again if they wish to have the parcel reshipped.
Returned parcels will be held for 30 days. If reshipping is not requested within this period, the order will be considered abandoned.
Customs & Import Duties
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on the laws of your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
If the customer refuses to pay customs duties or does not collect the parcel, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, we do not refund the original shipping charge.
A reshipping fee will apply if the customer requests a second delivery attempt.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
Siolin is not liable for delivery delays or failed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address input.
